Bookings are made online and become final once a deposit has been received (the amount is stated in the confirmation email), to be transferred to account BE57 0019 8075 3235 (reference: name + date and time of the booking). Proof of payment may be requested.

We take the time to clean thoroughly between each guest. Please arrive on time. In the event of a late arrival, the session will not be extended and the full amount remains payable.

Cancellation is possible up to 2 days in advance. The deposit is not refunded but may be carried over once (valid for 3 months). Less than 2 days in advance: the full amount is forfeited, without exception. This also applies to gift vouchers. Last-minute bookings are neither refunded nor rescheduled.

Payment must be made before entering the wellness area. Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Please respect the end time (getting dressed is included in the booked time). Payment: bank transfer with proof, or cash.
