What is a private spa and what does your wellness centre include?
A place to relax where you can enjoy the facilities exclusively with your loved ones, without any other guests. Our wellness space includes a two-level suite with a bed, a large sauna with a salt wall, a hammam, a jacuzzi and a garden.
How can I check availability and make a reservation?
Availability and reservations can be accessed via the following link: https://www.azenda.com/wellness-time-1850-grimbergen Simply select the service, date and time that suit you. After entering your details, your request will be sent and placed on hold. You will receive a confirmation as soon as possible with all the practical information.
Do I need to book in advance?
Our calendar is available online and regularly updated. There is no particular need to book far in advance.
What is included in your packages?
Sessions include a linen kit with towels, bathrobes and slippers. We also provide make-up remover, a hairdryer, shower gel and body cream.
Can we personalise our session?
Yes, we try to accommodate your wishes as much as possible, whether it concerns decoration or extras such as drinks or light food.
How do you ensure the hygiene of the spa?
The water quality of the jacuzzi is continuously monitored. All facilities and spaces are carefully cleaned and disinfected between each booking to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
Do you offer last-minute prices?
No, our prices remain the same in order to guarantee a fair and equal offer for all our guests.
Can we decorate the space ourselves for a special occasion?
Yes, but the time needed to decorate is included in the duration of your session. Please allow enough extra time for the setup.
Is the wellness centre only for couples?
No, you can also come with friends, family members or colleagues.
Is the spa accessible to people with reduced mobility?
People with reduced mobility are very welcome. However, please note that the spa is spread over two floors, and there are stairs leading to the lower level, where the suite and sauna are located.
How many people can we come with?
Up to a maximum of 10 people.
How long does a session last? Is the time needed to get dressed and undressed included?
We generally offer sessions from 2 hours up to a maximum of 4 hours. Longer sessions can be requested. The time needed to get changed is included in your reserved time.
Can we arrive earlier than the scheduled time?
Unfortunately not. There may still be other guests present, or we may be cleaning the facilities. There is no waiting room, so please arrive at the scheduled time.
What is the minimum age to access the spa without an adult?
From the age of 15, with parental permission.
Are children allowed? Is there a special rate for them?
Yes, children are welcome under the responsibility of their parents. The price depends on their age: up to 2 children under the age of 5 are free of charge. From 6 to 11 years old, the child rate is €25. From the age of 12, the adult rate of €50 applies. If there is any doubt regarding a child’s age, we may ask to see an ID document.
Do we need to bring our own towels and bathrobes? Are slippers mandatory?
The linen kit is included in the price for up to 5 people. From the 6th person onwards, we ask you to bring your own towels and bathrobes. Slippers are mandatory for hygiene and safety reasons.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
No, we offer our own menu. Exceptions can be discussed for special requests.
s there a dress code? Is nudity allowed?
For hygiene reasons, we recommend wearing swimwear. Of course, the wellness centre is 100% private, so you are free to do what makes you feel most comfortable.
Are there any cameras?
No, we guarantee that there are no cameras.
Once we are there, can we extend our session?
Yes, provided there is no booking scheduled after yours.
Is there Wi-Fi in the spa?
We have deliberately chosen not to offer Wi-Fi, as this is part of our philosophy of disconnecting from the outside world and enjoying your own wellness bubble.
Can we play our own music?
Yes, you can connect your phone to the speaker via Bluetooth.
Is the spa suitable for a birthday, a hen party or a marriage proposal?
Yes, our wellness centre is the ideal place for all your special occasions and events.
Is there private parking?
Yes, private parking is available right in front of the property.
